Janice Ong
Janice Ong


Janice Ong is Vice President of the Payments Experience group at United Nations Federal Credit Union, UNFCU, a member-owned, cooperative financial institution serving the UN community worldwide. She leads a team who oversees Global Payments Solutions, Strategy and Operations. She joined UNFCU in April, 2022. Ms. Ong’s role at UNFCU is centered around pioneering strategies that reshape the payments landscape. With her team, she actively actualizes seamless cross-border transactions, reinforces member  relationships and enhances user  experiences on a global scale. She is also passionate about engaging in corporate social responsibility. She serves as a member for both UNFCU’s Women’s and Multicultural Business Resource Groups.

Prior to joining UNFCU, Ms. Ong established her career in the banking industry from Australia focusing on International Services, Personal Banking, Professional High Networth Banking and Business Banking for residential and commercial property lending. She also invested 2 decades of her career journey with an international remittance player and a B2B global bill payments Fintect.

She holds a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University in Australia and gained Essential Leadership training from Columbia Business School in New York. She is also a level 1 Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM). Ms. Ong is a member of the Global Association of Women in Payments and the U.S. Faster Payment Council, an industry-led membership organization whose mission is to facilitate a world-class payment system where every person or organization can safely and securely pay anyone, anywhere, at any time and with near-immediate funds availability.

Ron Mazursky

Ron is a financial industry thought leader and a payment, banking and fintech expert with global operating and strategy experience. He is currently a managing director at PayGility Advisors, a financial services industry consultancy. Ron’s work experience extends from financial technology (Jack Henry & Associates) to banking/ payments (JPMorgan Chase, Mastercard), to industry analysis/consulting (Mercator Advisory Group, Edgar, Dunn & Company, Novantas).

Ron has been a speaker at a variety of in-person conferences and virtual panels. He has authored multiple articles and published/produced syndicated market research studies on preferred payments. Ron is the Founder, Board Member and Officer of NYPAY and Ron served as an Advisory Board Member for CrossTech and ChannelNet.

Erin Moore
Erin Moore


Erin Moore is a SWIFT Payments Solutions Expert supporting the execution of SWIFT’s
strategy of fast and frictionless cross-border payments. She is responsible for promoting
ISO20022 migration, gpi, SWIFT Go, Pre-validation and Case Management. She works
closely with financial institutions to transform the end user’s payment experience,
harmonizing systems and schemes and refining efficiency of operations. She is a member
of Women in Payments and a SWIFT Diversity and Inclusion global ambassador.
Prior to joining SWIFT in 2020, Erin worked for The Clearing House and Citibank,
holding various roles in product management, solution sales support and operations and
technology as both an individual contributor and manager.
Erin holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Joe Higginson is the Director of the Financial Institutions Vertical for the Americas at Convera, He bring a wealth of experience and expertise to this dynamic role. His career has been defined by a strong commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the finance sector, particularly in International Payments.
With a proven track record in sales, marketing, project management, and business development, he consistently drives strategic initiatives and fosters growth across diverse financial landscapes. At Convera, he leads the efforts to innovate and enhance our services for financial institutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of their clients throughout the Americas.
Prior to joining Convera, he honed his skills as a highly motivated and dynamic senior manager in finance, specializing in international payments working with banks and non bank financial institutions. With comprehensive experience across various facets of the industry he is equipped with the knowledge and insight to spearhead successful projects and drive impactful business development strategies.

Jonathan Holland
Jonathan Holland


Jonathan Holland is a Vice President for Mastercard within the Digital Partnerships team. Jonathan oversees our strategy and global partnerships with key customers including Amazon, Samsung and eBay. Jonathan brings a broad understanding and appreciation of customer needs in the company’s largest market. Jonathan joined Mastercard in 2018 as a member of the Global Blockchain and Digital Currency Product Team and most recently had been leading the sale of digital asset and open banking consulting services as a member of the North America D&S Team. Prior to joining Mastercard, Jonathan spent 11 years in banking primarily in wholesale payments and treasury, including 10 years at Citi. Jonathan has a BA from the University of Buffalo and an MBA from Canisius College and is based out of New York City.
