Pay by Bank – Will It Grow and Take Payments Market Share?
Pay by Bank—a new form of Account-to-Account (A2A) payment—is starting to gain ground. As instant payment rails like FedNow and RTP expand, Pay by Bank is positioned to become a viable alternative to cards and other traditional methods. But will it reach critical mass and meaningfully shift the payments market?
Join PayCLT and NYPAY for a thought-provoking panel discussion that dives into the real opportunities and challenges shaping the future of Pay by Bank. This session is designed for payments professionals, fintech leaders, and financial institutions looking to stay ahead of what’s next in transaction innovation.
Key Topics Include:
- What’s Driving Pay by Bank: Understand the core mechanics of A2A payments, how they differ from cards, and why merchants are paying close attention to their cost savings and checkout potential.
- The Role of Open Banking and Instant Rails: Explore how infrastructure developments and regulatory shifts are laying the groundwork for broader adoption—and how banks, fintechs, and merchants can prepare.
- Merchant Adoption & Market Impact: Learn from early case studies where Pay by Bank is gaining traction. We’ll examine adoption trends, customer experience outcomes, and how these models might scale.
