The Small Business market comprises 90% of businesses worldwide and employs over 50% of workers.  Small businesses utilize many bank and credit union products – but often those products are personal products and not ones designed for small businesses.  The small business market is underserved. During the pandemic, small businesses faced a myriad of challenges that some financial institutions met but many did not. Banks and credit unions are realizing that those needs are not being met, and 65% of those financial institutions are planning to make changes to better meet small business needs now and in the next few years.

This NYPAY virtual Event will highlight both recent Market Research and a Panel discussion by experts in the field of small business.

Following that 30-minute presentation, we will have a 45-minute Panel of experts in Small Business discuss their views on trends in small business banking needs in the industry.  Panelists will discuss:
