Membership Term and Policies

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment

• Refunds or cancellations during the pilot phase are handled at NYPAY’s discretion

• NYPAY retains full editorial independence over events and content

As a 501(c)(6) industry association, NYPAY membership dues are generally deductible as an ordinary business expense. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.
